TexterID RCS Launch Manager is a project-based collaboration platform that is used to collect, validate, and submit the information required to launch an RCS agent.
As a CSP, this guide will walk you through:
- How to configure your account
- TexterID core concepts
- TexterID navigation
1. Configure Your Account (10–15 minutes)
Complete the following steps once to get your account setup once you’ve signed in:
1. Enable Notifications
User Settings (top right) → Profile
You can enable:
- Email notifications
- In-app notifications (bell icon)
You will be notified when:
- A Project is assigned to you
- A comment is added
- A Partner is invited
Additional notifications will be enabled during beta.
Recommendation: Enable both email and in-app notifications during beta.
2. Configure Aggregator Integrations
Account Settings → Aggregator Integrations
Aggregator integrations allow you to:
- Submit Project data directly
- Provision test Agent IDs (if supported)
- Receive structured feedback
Beta Integrations: Infobip
More integrations will be added as APIs become available.
3. Add Account Members (Optional)
Account Settings → Members
Account roles apply across all Projects, Brands, and Partners.
Role | Access |
Admin | Full account access |
Editor | Create/manage Projects, Brands, Partners |
Read Only | View access only |
Important: Project membership does not override account roles.
2. TexterID Core Concepts
These are the key terms you’ll run into throughout our product.
Action
A required handoff that reassigns the Project to another account or marks a project as complete.
Aggregator
A connectivity provider enabling traffic between CSPs/senders and carriers.
Brand
A record of a specific company. Includes legal name, address, and identifiers (e.g., EIN).
Client
An external account invited to collaborate on a Project.
Milestones
System generated stages indicating meaningful progress on each project.
PreCheck
TexterID’s AI-powered validation engine. Flags issues with content before submission.
Project
A structured workflow used to launch one RCS agent.
Remediation Task
A task created manually or by PreCheck to resolve incorrect or incomplete information.
Team
Account members that have been added to a project and will be notified about project activity.
