TexterID RCS Launch Manager is a collaboration platform used to collect, validate, and submit the information required to launch your RCS agent.
As a Brand client, this guide will walk you through:
- How to configure your account
- Understanding the platform
- Completing your assigned work
1. Configure Your Account (5β10 minutes)
Complete the following steps once after accepting your invitation:
1. Create Your Account
When your Connectivity Service Provider (CSP) invites you to collaborate, you'll receive an email with a link to:
- Create your account (if you don't have one)
- Accept the invitation to the Project
Tip: If you are invited to a specific Project, you'll see your assigned tasks right away.
2. Enable Notifications
User Settings (top right) β Profile
You can enable:
- Email notifications
- In-app notifications (bell icon)
You will be notified when:
- A Project is assigned to you
- A comment is added
- Tasks are updated
Tip: Enable both email and in-app notifications so you donβt miss any project updates.
3. Add Account Members (Optional)
Account Settings β Members
You can invite your own account members to collaborate on projects. Account roles apply across all Projects you're invited to.

3. Completing Your Assigned Work
Step 1: Open Your Project
- Go to Projects
- Select the Project you've been invited to
- Review Next Steps for You under Milestones to see your assigned tasks or refer the Tasks tab and For You filter in the right side pane.
Step 2: Complete Your Tasks
Your CSP will assign specific sections for you to complete. Typical assignments include:
- Agent Details β Complete information on brand assets (logo, colors), point of contact for identity verification
- Brand Details β Business information (legal name, EIN)
Tip: You can comment on any task or field to ask questions, even if you're not assigned to it.
Important: Remember to save your work before leaving the page β there is no auto-save.
Step 3: Submit Your Work
Once you've completed your assigned tasks:
- A Submit action appears under Next Steps for you
- Alternatively, submit via Project Partners in the Project Details section
- You'll receive a notification confirming submission
- Your access changes to view-only
Important: Submission cannot be undone. If further edits are needed, your CSP will reassign the Project to you.
After Submission
Once you submit the Project back to your CSP:
- You can still view the Project
- You can still comment on tasks and fields
- You'll see Milestone updates as the Project progresses toward launch
Your CSP will handle the remaining steps, including recording demo assets and submitting to the aggregator.
