Aggregator Integration Guide

This guide explains how to connect your preferred aggregators to TexterID to automate your RCS agent launches.

Introduction

Aggregator integrations are the most effective way to streamline your operations. By connecting your aggregator accounts, you can manage sender creation, sync field changes, and configure virtual testing devices from the TexterID dashboard.

Additionally, soon we will be adding features to manage launch submissions and receive real-time carrier status updates so you can track the entire brand launch process in one place.

Once an integration is enabled, you can select that aggregator when creating individual projects or using the bulk import tool. TexterID automatically adjusts project fields to match the specific requirements of that aggregator.

Supported Integrations

Navigate to Settings → Aggregator Integrations to see the most current list of partners. As of May 2026, we support:

• Infobip (API)
• Vibes - RCS Studio (API)
• Sinch (API)
• Bandwidth (Export only)

Setup Guides

Infobip

Requirements: Infobip API Key and Base URL.

1. In your Infobip portal, go to Developer Tools → API Keys.
2. Create a key with the following scopes:
• Channel: rcs:manage
• Platform: resource-request-hub:manage, resource-request-hub:read, and subscriptions:manage
3. In TexterID, go to Settings → Aggregator Integrations and click Configure on the Infobip card.
4. Paste your API Key and Base URL.
5. Click Test Connection and then Save.

Vibes (RCS Studio)

Requirements: Vibes Client Secret ID and Key.

1. In the Vibes portal, go to Developers and use the Create Credential action to generate a new Client Secret ID and Key.
2. In TexterID, navigate to Settings → Aggregator Integrations.
3. Click Configure on the Vibes card and enter your credentials.
4. Click Test Connection and then Save.

Sinch

Requirements: Project ID, Key ID, and Secret.

1. In the Sinch Dashboard, go to Settings → Access Keys.
2. Create a new Access Key to view your Secret and Key ID.
3. In TexterID, go to Settings → Aggregator Integrations.
4. Click Configure on the Sinch card.
5. Enter your Project ID (found on the Sinch Access Keys page), Key ID, and Secret.
6. Click Test Connection and then Save.

Bandwidth (Export Only)

The Bandwidth integration is currently "Export Only." TexterID maps your project data to the specific fields required by Bandwidth for sender launches.

1. Go to Settings → Aggregator Integrations and select Enable on the Bandwidth card.
2. Complete the required application fields in TexterID and use PreCheck to run a compliance check.
3. Use the Export action under Next Steps for You to download the formatted data for the Bandwidth platform.

Managing Integrated Projects

After setup, you can assign a "Managing Aggregator" during project creation.

API Integrations As your project moves through Milestones, TexterID will unlock specific actions in the Next Steps for You section to create a new sender, test the agent, and sync updates.

Export Integrations You can export project data at any time via the Next Steps for You section on the Project Details page.
